Artist Jacqueline Lou Skaggs painted little oil paintings on pennies for
her collection "Tondi Observations." This little works include images
painted on dumped pennies. Skaggs at first meant to spend the colored
pennies or simply drop these on the street however, her ıdeas ended up
foiled when people ordered the artwork.
