Much like the jetpacks which have arrive before it, the Jetovator is tethered with an extended hose that connects to the water jet outlet on a personal water craft. A deficiency of a large engine on board allows the driver rocket nearly 30 feet into the air, as well as dive down as deep as 10 feet underwater.
