You should go flexible at doing any work.
• Now, whenever you are assigned any work to do, take it as a challenge and bring out some imaginary rewards for you. Set out milestones and prizes for you in the case of completing the work and milestones.
• Do not ever opt for making excuses for any work that you are not interested in doing or you are not aware of it how to do that. In any case of such nature, you should take a chance to learn that work. You should better understand that this is the world of multi-disciplinary work and you should be well versed with more and more things and jobs to do.
