Growing Chinese Mushrooms

Several years ago, the stores gourmet mushrooms began to appear with an unusual name - shiitake.
These fungi are widespread in the Far East. In Japan, China and Korea they are considered the most delicious and healing.
The popularity of shiitake is high and the rest of the world, not in vain in terms of production, they have overtaken the traditional
and oyster mushrooms. Several farms, Moscow Region, Voronezh and Saratov already supply shiitake on the market.
Russian mycologists study showed that growing these exotic mushrooms can be not only in specialized
areas with difficult climatic settings, but even at home.
