Space Saving In Small Apartments

I think many familiar problem of "free space" in the house or apartment - when you go to a compromise between space and necessary things. Swedish artist-designer Michael Johansson proposed to solve the problem of "free space" pictured below .  Great idea, but it is interesting how long it takes packing-unpacking things?
