  2. I'm not a fan of the wars in afghanistan or irak, but that was a stupit statement.

    us army's strength lies in techs, stealth bombers with gps guided missiles and so on.

    not even the french foreign legion could keep an oppressed nation on it's best behaviour.

  5. i just love the fact that people think they know things like the way to spell iraq not irak stupids! If you dont know it, like the wars in the middle east just ask me i have been there fighting it for 2 and a half years.

  8. I know U.S. marines that play first-person shooters -- FPS games and their grown-up cousins are a staple of military training today. Modern games capture many of the tactics of small-arms warfare.

    This kind of software is particularly useful for familiarizing special ops soldiers with specific terrains that they'll need to fight in.
