Well, considering the sandwich was only 70 yen, I'd say you probably got your money's worth plus a free slice of bread - and let's not forget the sheer comic value you've pulled from these slabs of carbohydrate...
I'll also say that you'd gain points if you dropped the "Asian" from your title in favour of "Hilarious", "Marketing" and "Ploy".
At least it's low calorie.
