That top picture is the crater from the "Sedan" test of Operation Plowshare. It's a blast crater rather than a subsidence crater like the others. They were testing the feasibility of using nuclear weapons in peacetime to dig canals, harbors, and such. There's some great video of that actual test online ... google "Sedan Test".
