Volcano Eruption And Lightning Storms In Chile

The most recent volcano eruption accured in southern Chile. Chaiten Volcano put on a great show with a huge column of ash and as is the ash towered in the sky it ionised their which produced giant forks of lightning.It's worth mentioning that this volcano erupted for the first time in thousands of years.The last photo is taken from space and you can see the trail of ash from the eruption.
