During this video clip we have something that seems to be taken on a cell phone from
a taxi in New York. Person that taped this noticed an argument occurring on the side of the street amongst a couple of construction workers and a cop. After having a shouting match with the policeman, one of these takes a chainsaw out from their vehicle and chops the parking meter in two.
