Snake Wine

Snake wine (rượu rắn in Vietnamese) is an alcoholic beverage, a feature which is a poisonous snake in the bottle. Wine was first made ​​in Vietnam. Today, this drink can be found in other countries of Southeast Asia. Snake as the main ingredient of this wine are usually not valued because of their meat, but because of the snake venom, dissolved in alcohol. Nevertheless, the snake venom denatured ethanol, and therefore safe for health.
