    I wouldn't call that brutality. Did they deserve to be arrested? Maybe not, maybe so but there was no brutality involved.
    ...and don't say that the guy that got slammed was brutalized because if he would have cooperated the first few times the officer told him then he wouldn't have been slammed down.
