Wafaa Bilal, an Iraqi professor at Tisch School of Arts at New York University, embodied the jokes about the students' presence at the back of the head teacher's eyes to reality. Bilal found on his neck a miniature video camera. As planned by the teacher, the device must make automatic snapshots every minute, for a goda.Proekt called "third eye". Each image will be transferred to the Arab Museum of Modern Art Matthew (Mathaf). As it became known among students Bilal raised the issue of preserving the right to privacy. Not all students liked the idea that the camera will take pictures of Professor with their participation during a visit to his class. Wafaa Bilal himself said that this project will initiate a dialogue on the arising and not discussed in society, the theme of total surveillance.
