Artist Villafeyn Ray (Ray Villafane) began to carve sculptures out of pumpkins for their students in a small school in Michigan. This little hobby has opened a gift from Ray to the sculpture. In this post are pictures of his gourd sculpture: from Frankenstein to Obama.
What an awesome talent you have. These are spectacular carvings, and from one Michigander to another, I'm proud you are in our state. Thank you for sharing your talent with school children as well as the rest of us. Keep up the good work, and by all means, keep exploring with other things besides pumpkins.
