Brand Finance has published its 2010 Global 500 Survey of the world's most valuable brands. Here are the top ten, which include Britain's Vodafone and HSBC.

Wal-Mart, $41.4bn

 

Google, $36.2bn 

 

Coca-Cola, $34.8bn

IBM, $33.7bn 

 

Microsoft (creator of Windows), $33.6bn 

 

General Electric (GE), $31.9bn 


Vodafone, $29bn

 

HSBC, $28.5bn

 

hp, $27.4bn
